Hmm - interesting breakdown of costs. I'd like to know what "sweeping" covers, as I've never actually seen someone with a broom around here. Also rather resent paying 40 quid for anti-social behaviour. I'd rather the money went on new cleaning equipment for the caretaker. And I wonder what "resident involvement" covers - the presence of Lewisham Homes people at residents meetings? At least the cost of lighting has been reduced from £5,000,000 or whatever it was!
